Serve as the Workday systems analyst, leveraging deep expertise across Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Security to drive impactful HR solutions. Translate business needs into effective Workday configurations that optimize processes, ensure data integrity, and enhance user experience.
Partner with teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to align regional requirements with global Workday capabilities.
 
What you’ll be working on
  • Design, test, and implement Workday changes (business processes, security roles, and workflows) aligned with evolving HR and business requirements.
  • lead requirement gathering, project planning & UAT
  • Provide guidance, training and knowledge transfer through sessions through job aids, documentation; collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues impacting HR transactions and payroll processing; monitor daily system health and escalate as needed.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Workday configuration and functional issues. Conduct audits related to configurations and uploads to verify accuracy and compliance. Document findings and remediation steps to prevent recurrence.
  • Create, edit, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics reporting and calculated fields for audits, analysis, and decision-making; participate in ongoing maintenance, testing patches, sprint enhancements, and major upgrades.
 
What you bring to the role
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience.
  • Prior Workday experience in HCM, Benefits and Compensation, Talent & Performance Management. Reporting/Calc fields and Security.
  • Ability to independently manage system issues, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of handling multiple parallel projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday implementations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data integrity analytics, reporting, calc fields and system control practices.
  • Broad knowledge of Human Resources, Compensation, and Benefits processes within US, Canada, India and Europe.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly follow through on project goals with an organizational mindset.
  • Deep understanding of Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) and the ability to explain/translate to functional users
  • Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and data validation to ensure configurations meet business requirements.
